SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We currently ship to all destinations across the globe. Our shipping rates are dependant on the weight and location of your order. Shipping will be calculated automatically at checkout. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email to follow. Your order will then be hand-picked by our team and dispatched as soon as possible.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders placed before 12PM AEST on weekdays will be fulfilled and dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after this timeframe will be fulfilled and dispatched the following business day.
Orders placed over the weekend will be fulfilled and dispatched the following Monday.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Standard e-parcel via Australia Post provides customers with a 1-3 business day delivery service within metropolitan areas and all major cities. For regional areas and locations outside of metropolitan areas, please allow 3-5 business days to receive your order.
Express e-parcel shipping can be expected to arrive within with a 1-2 business day delivery service within metropolitan areas and all major cities. For regional areas and locations outside of metropolitan areas, please allow 3-4 business days to receive your order.
Please note all express and standard e-parcel shipping does not require a signature upon delivery. Your order will be left in a safe place, at the discretion of Australia Post. If deemed unsafe to leave, you will receive a collection card, and will be required to collect your parcel from the designated collection facility by Australia Post.
DUTIES & TAXES
Orders shipped outside of Australia, excluding the US, are not inclusive of duties and taxes. These orders will be shipped DDU (delivery duty unpaid). You are liable for all duties, customs and sales taxes based on the country requirements where your order is
being sent. Upon arrival, a separate payment will be required to release your order. LOVEBYT is not responsible for the payment
of this duty.
For more information on any customs and duties that may be incurred, please contact your local customs office. Any additional taxes
and duties applied by customs at the country of destination is the responsibility of the delivery recipient. Please note in accordance
with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable "merchandise”.
We are prohibited by law from identifying an order as a "gift" for export purposes.
