What is LOVEBYT? 
LOVEBYT is an Australian owned company. We love natural ingredients and products with beautiful  aesthetics. We have taken out all the nasty ingredients and have made a product that tastes good, is good for you and looks beautiful too.

Where is it made?
LOVEBYT is 100% Australian made oral care. All of LOVEBYT’s products are made in Sydney, Australia, using both local and internationally sourced natural ingredients, depending on supply resources and seasonal ingredient offerings.

Does LOVEBYT use natural ingredients?
LOVEBYT uses only natural and naturally derived ingredients. They are not tested on animals and are 100% vegan authorised. There are no nasty chemicals, no fillers or parabens.

Is LOVEBYT botanical toothpaste vegan?
All of our products are 100%vegan. We have been approved by vegan.com

Can I use on children?
Yes, LOVEBYT is suitable for children.

How can I pay?
LOVEBYT accepts payments via PayPal, Apple Pay or credit card using visa MasterCard or Amex.

Where do you ship orders from?
All orders are shipping out of NSW, Australia.

Do you have any online promotions?

What if I have an allergic reaction?
We are unable to accept returns if an allergic reaction occurs. Please ensure you read the full ingredients list provided on the product pages prior to purchasing.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has already been processed and you have received a tracking number it may be too late to change or cancel your order. Please contact customercare@lovebyt.com and we will try and sort something out for you. If for any reason you do enter the wrong address, this can delay the package delivery by up to 4 weeks but Australia Post will eventually return the package to us. LOVEBYT will cover the return fee from Australia Post, but we may request payment to resend the package to you.

Can I change shipping address?
If you need to change your shipping address after you have placed your order please email customercare@lovebyt.com or call 02 9999 4692 as soon as possible. Please provide your order number and if emailing "urgent" in the subject line will alert us

Do I pay duties and taxes?
Orders shipped outside of Australia, excluding the US, are not inclusive of duties and taxes and will be shipped DU (delivery duty unpaid). You are liable for all duties, customs and sales taxes based on the country requirements where your order is being sent. Upon arrival, a separate payment will be required to release your order. LOVEBYT is not responsible for the payment of this duty. For more information on any customs and duties that may be incurred, please contact your local customs office. Any additional taxes and duties applied by customs at the destination country are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. Please note in accordance with Australian export regulations we are required to declare he exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable "merchandise" and are prohibited by law from identifying an order as a "gift" for export purposes. Your local customs office will be able to assist you with any further information regarding taxes, duties and customs.

Will my orders be dispatched the same day?
All orders placed before 12pm on weekdays will be processed and shipped on the same business day. Orders placed after 12pm on weekdays will be processed and shipped on the next business day. Orders placed on a weekend will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day.

How does LOVEBYT Club subscriptions work?
It's very simple. Start your subscription today by selecting your flavour/s, quantity and delivery frequency. You’ll receive 15% discount on all  subscription orders . We’ll take it from there.

Can I modify my subscription order?
Of course! once logged into your account here, you can add products by adding them to your cart. to remove products previously subscribed to, go to the “manage subscriptions” section of your account.

When will I be charged for my subscription?
You will be charged for your subscription once your replenishment order ships. Email notifications will be sent when your subscription order is about to be processed and when it is shipped.

How do I update my billing information?
Billing information can be updated any time. Log into your account here to update your billing, shipping address or credit card information.

How can I cancel or pause my subscription?
You can modify, pause, or cancel your order at anytime. Log in to your account here and go to the “manage subscriptions” tab.
