Strong Perfume Flavour, Possibly a Bad Batch

I really wanted to like this toothpaste, as I love the idea of a natural formula. Unfortunately, the one we received had an extremely strong perfume-like taste, to the point where it was unusable for us. It may have been a bad batch, but the flavour was overwhelming and unpleasant, and we weren’t able to continue using it. This was especially disappointing considering the price paid. Hopefully this is something the brand can look into, as the concept itself is great.

Best Toothpaste

Best toothpaste I've used. Love so many things about it but main one i have an autistic non verbal son and I've tried so many different types and he's hated them but he's been using this one for a while and Absolutely loved it from day one. The fact that it has no fluoride in it is great as a lot of autistic kids tend to not do the rinse and spit so they tend to swallow quite a bit of it.

love the product, where is the service?

I really like the product, natural and fresh, my order was caught up in that quality control problem that you had, I think that it took 6 weeks to receive product, tried emailing customer service but no reply, so did not know what was happening
