Changes can only be made to your order before it has been dispatched. In situations where you may have entered the wrong address, shipping method, or have purchased the wrong product, please contact our customer care team as soon as possible at customercare@lovebyt.com - we will endeavour to best accommodate your request. Before placing your order, please carefully review all in-cart items, payment method, and shipping details.

Orders shipped outside of Australia, excluding the US, are not inclusive of duties and taxes. These orders will be shipped DDU (delivery duty unpaid). You are liable for all duties, customs and sales taxes based on the country requirements where your order is  being sent. Upon arrival, a separate payment will be required to release your order. LOVEBYT is not responsible for the payment  of this duty.

For more information on any customs and duties that may be incurred, please contact your local customs office. Any additional taxes  and duties applied by customs at the country of destination is the responsibility of the delivery recipient. Please note in accordance  with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable "merchandise”.  We are prohibited by law from identifying an order as a "gift" for export purposes.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns if an allergic reaction occurs. Please ensure you read the For any delivery or shipment  issues please contact customercare@lovebyt.com right away to ensure this is resolved promptly.
In most cases, orders will be awaiting collection at your local post office. If your order is not collected within the given timeframe  outlined within your collection card, your order will be returned to us. In this case, you will be responsible for covering the costs to  re-dispatch your order.

All orders placed before 12pm on weekdays will be processed and shipped on the same business day. Orders placed after 12pm  on weekdays will be processed and shipped on the next business day. Orders placed on a weekend will be processed within 24  hours of the next business day.

Simply visit this link, select the value for the E-Gift voucher and follow the checkout process to complete your purchase.

E-Gift Vouchers are delivered via email to the purchaser, unless chosen otherwise. You will need to forward the E-Gift Voucher to the intended recipient via email, on the date of your choice. Alternatively, you may select the checkbox ‘send directly to recipient’ for it be emailed to the receiver on the chosen date.

Please note it is crucial that you keep record of your E-Gift Voucher email. This unique voucher code is only shared with you, and and the gift recipient.

Yes - simply select the option ‘send directly to recipient’ to do so. You will be required to enter the recipient’s email address and personal details for e-delivery. You may also include a personalised message (optional). You will be required to elect a date for the voucher to be sent on.

Kindly check that the recipient’s email and personal details are correct prior to completing your purchase. This information cannot be amended post-checkout.

If the available balance on your E-Gift Voucher is less than your current order total, you will be prompted to select a secondary payment method for the outstanding balance at checkout.

If the balance available on your E-Gift Voucher is equal to, or greater than the total order amount, then you can simply follow the steps to complete your order.

Please note that multiple E-Gift Vouchers may be redeemed within the same transaction.
